Using, storing and marking the drum

Who it is for

Ketchup, sauce and soup makers, and repackers who dilute or refill. Grade A carries the most tomato solids per drum and is reconstituted to your recipe Brix; Hot Break gives thick sauces and pizza sauce body without added starch.

Storage and shelf life

The drum is stored at ambient temperature and needs no refrigeration until it is opened. Shelf life is 24 months from production. It is the standard bulk export pack.

Colour and specification

Colour values 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 apply to paste supplied in aseptic drums; choose yours on the quotation form. Each grade has a published specification, and every batch ships with its Certificate of Analysis.

Marking and loading

Drums are marked and labelled to your specification. A 20 ft container holds 80 drums, and the minimum order is one full container.
