From field to filled drum

Harvest
Tomatoes are picked at peak ripeness from Nile Delta farms during the summer season, when Brix and colour are naturally at their highest.
2 · Within hours
Same-Day Transport
Fresh fruit moves from field to factory the same day it is picked, minimizing the time between harvest and processing to protect flavour and colour.
3 · Same day
Hot & Cold Break Processing
Depending on the grade, tomatoes are crushed hot (higher viscosity, thicker body) or cold (brighter flavour, standard consistency) before evaporation to the target Brix.
4 · Continuous
In-Line Testing
Our lab checks Brix, colour value and Bostwick consistency at intervals through the run, adjusting the process to keep every batch inside spec.
5 · Same line
Aseptic Filling
Paste is filled and sealed into sterile bag-in-drum, cans, jars or sachets on the same production line, without exposure to open air.
6 · Before shipment
COA Issued
Every batch is issued its own Certificate of Analysis before it leaves the factory, so what ships matches exactly what was tested.
How we work with buyers
One export team handles each order from quotation to shipment: specification, sample and COA, production scheduling, documents and loading in Alexandria. Buyers deal with the same people from the first request to the bill of lading.
