What is the minimum order quantity?
One full container load (1 FCL), for standard grades and for private label.
Container quantities by packCan I request a sample?
Yes. We send a sample with its Certificate of Analysis so you can test it before ordering. International courier costs are usually paid by the buyer.

FOB Alexandria as standard, with CFR and CIF to your destination port on request.

Payment terms are agreed with each buyer when the order is confirmed.
Can TOMEX produce private label?
Yes, in cans, jars, sachets or drums with your artwork, from one full container.
Private label and custom packsHow long is the shelf life?
24 months from production, stored cool and dry. Aseptic drums need no refrigeration until opened.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and health certificate, plus Halal and phytosanitary documents where your market requires them.
Export documentsCan specifications be customized?
Within technical limits, yes: a target colour value or a tighter Bostwick range can be agreed for volume or private-label orders. State your targets on the quote request.
Standard specifications by gradeWhat information do you need for a quotation?
Grade or Brix, packaging, quantity, destination country and port, and your preferred Incoterm. Colour or Bostwick targets help if you have them.
