The 400 g and 800 g tins are sized for supermarket shelves; the 3 kg tin is for restaurants and caterers. At 28–30% Brix, Grade B is the strength most often used where paste goes straight into a can with little or no dilution.

Tins are packed in cartons and palletised for full-container loads, robust for long sea and land routes. An 800 g carton holds 12 tins and a 20 ft container 1,815 cartons; a 400 g carton holds 24 tins and a container 1,780 cartons. Loading for the 3 kg tin is confirmed on request.

Every shipment carries the Certificate of Analysis for its batch, together with the standard export documents for your destination.
